This program is for women who have previous riding experience but are looking to rebuild their confidence and fitness on the bike. You likely have some of the foundational skills in place but could use a refresher.

Spicy Masterclass

You have been riding for at least 2 years and have attended a MTB Fundamentals/Foundations clinic. And you can perform these skills: single finger braking, bike body separation, slow speed control, wheel lifts.

Stronger Than Ever

This program will help you challenge yourself, build strength, understand how to fuel your body for all your outdoor adventures, and prioritize yourself.
