New to the Bike Level 2

This program is for women who have previous riding experience but are looking to rebuild their confidence and fitness on the bike. You likely have some of the foundational skills in place but could use a refresher. Most of our Level 2 participants have completed New to the Bike Level 1 or a similar fundamentals program.

Spicy Masterclass

You have been riding for at least 2 years and have attended a MTB Fundamentals/Foundations clinic. And you can perform these skills: single finger braking, bike body separation, slow speed control, wheel lifts.

You love the downhill, techy terrain, you want to be more confident getting in the air, and you want to build your Shred Sister community!
