"Even though it's a group environment I felt like I had more individual attention then I expected. It was like each week was written just for me.”
– Emily, Group Program Participant
“I gained more confidence on a bike, learned a lot of helpful tips that improved my riding and met some great friends!”
- Olga, Group Program participant
“I have so much more energy now that I am following Erica's nutrition and strength-training plans. I have also seen improvement in being able to lift and carry things I was previously struggling with, and it feels so good to be strong enough to do the things I want to be able to keep doing to live an active life.”
- Jody, Group Program participant
“The Crank Queens community has completely transformed my life as a mountain biker. I used to have zero confidence and struggled to feel like I even belonged on the trails. In less than a year, this community has improved not only my strength as a rider, but my self worth on and off the trails.”
- Kendra, Group Program Participant
What Women Like You Are Saying…
"My monthly fitness trend number on Strava is the highest it's been in over 2 years! and I am motivated to reach my training goals and love the training program I have.”
- Paige, Group Program Participant
"I had no idea that this program would change such a drastic part of my life, but I am so grateful for it! It's been so helpful to look at all aspects of my life and find that I'm doing most of the things ‘right.’ It allowed me to pinpoint the negative influence that this one aspect was having on me. It totally took me by surprise, but I'm here for it! :)"
- Stephanie M., Group Program Participant
"I am still just so grateful for this program! It is out of my comfort zone for sure, especially the group riding and clinic, but yesterday gave me confidence that I'm where I need to be. You have created such a great community and I can't wait for more! I also gained some confidence that I don't have to be at the back. In fact, I probably would have been more comfortable mid pack and I'll try that next group ride. I'm also very grateful for the strategic goal planning and mapping. I've been so off track and just kind of surviving for all the obvious reasons but I feel really ready to get back to myself and show my kids the version of their mom they are familiar with and deserve"
