REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

Join us for June Monthly Ride! Go for a ride with us and make friends with women who love mountain biking too! June’s ride will feature a special guest speaker following our ride: Susan Kolbay of SWIMBA, to share with us about trail stewardship in our community.

All are welcome, no membership is required. Please be sure to check our FAQs if you have not attended a ride with us before. We look forward to seeing you!

Registration is required and closes 24 hours before the event.

Be sure to stick around after to ride for The Vitamin Bar who will have a couple options for us:
1.) Recover: 500 ml fluids with mineral blend (has electrolytes for post ride recovery hydration) for $65

2.) Recover plus: 500ml fluids with magnesium, amino blend, glutathione for $99- Best blend to help with muscle recovery

For the ride we will meet by the restrooms at the Boise bike park.

Mellow: This group will likely ride Mountain Cove, Ridgecrest and Bucks. Total mileage for this group is typically 4-6 miles with frequent stops. Typically only green-rated trails with some easier blues.

Getting Spicy: This group will likely ride Shane’s Loop. Total mileage for this group is typically 6-8 miles with less frequent stops than the Mellow group. This group rides greens, blues and maybe some black rated trails but only those with ride arounds for drops.

Spicy: The Spicy group is for women who love the tech and a good steady pace! This group will do at least one lap on Shane’s Loop or, if time, possibly ride up to 3 Bears for some rowdy tech. This group will cover 8+ miles in a ride with few stops. This group is going to ride blues and blacks.

As a reminder from our FAQs… here is what you need to bring to participate in any of our group rides.

A mountain bike in good working order, a bike helmet and a water bottle are required. You will also need to RSVP in advance for all of our rides to ensure that you have signed our waiver. If you show up without any of these, you will not be allowed to ride with us. We highly recommend you also bring snacks, a small first aid kit, and a small bike repair kit (tire repair items, bike multi-tool, etc.).
