Crank Queens Members and 2026 group program participants! Join us to session the rock gardens at Table Rock. This is an ALL levels ride.
We encourage you to wear elbow/knee pads and full face helmet. This is a great chance to practice your technical skills in a supportive environment. Ride mileage will be around 5-7 miles or less with several breaks.

Reminder from our FAQs… here is what you need to bring to participate in any of our group rides.
A mountain bike in good working order, a bike helmet and a water bottle are required. You will also need to RSVP in advance for all of our rides to ensure that you have signed our waiver. If you show up without any of these, you will not be allowed to ride with us. We highly recommend you also bring snacks, a small first aid kit, and a small bike repair kit (tire repair items, bike multi-tool, etc.).
