New to the Bike Fast Track™ Program


This 5-week beginner series is designed for true first-time riders or women returning to the bike after a long break. This is a mini version of our New to the Bike program, intended to get you comfortable riding the trails this season with our Mellow group at our monthly group rides. This is for beginners - no previous experience required!

We start with the basics, getting on, starting, stopping, and shifting, and build confidence through guided practice and beginner-friendly rides.

Week 1: Skills Clinic + Group Ride (5/6) + Bike Fit Clinic (5/7)

Week 2: Group Ride + Gear Exchange with Crank Queens Members (5/15)

Week 3: Group Ride + Skills Practice (5/20)

Week 4: Holiday Week/Self-guided practice, video share out in group chat

Week 5: Skills Clinic + Group Ride (6/3)
