Want to learn more about how to properly set up your bike's suspension?
Join us for a 2 part series in June with the team at Ridgeline Bike and Ski.
At this clinic, we will meet at the Ridgeline shop with our bikes to learn about static suspension set up. Then join us in June at Eagle Bike Park for a dynamic suspension clinic on June 13th where we can test it out on the trails!
Please RSVP for both in advance and be sure to bring your bike to both sessions.
We’ll also be joined by Savannah Hoskyn, PT, DPT on Thursday the 11th. She will introduce cyclists to the pelvic floor—how it works and how forces like saddle vibration and road “chatter” influence it during rides. She then focuses on making the pelvic floor reactive and automatic on the bike, with practical breathing, bracing, and pressure strategies riders can use immediately, plus a brief look at safely adding plyometrics to support performance.
These sessions are free for Crank Queens members and $15/session for non-members. Feel free to bring a friend!
