Ever feel like there is always something bugging you on the bike? Un-comfy saddle, sore back, wrist pain, neck pain, etc.? These issues are easily remedied with the right information and small changes to our bike. At this session, you will learn how to check various aspects of your bike for fit and get measured to understand what saddle will work best for you. We’ll also talk about picking the right chamois (those padded shorts cyclists wear), chamois butter (yep, it’s a thing!) and other tips for being more comfortable on your bike.
These sessions are free for Crank Queens members and $15/session for non-members.
