stronger than ever?
Want to hit the trails feeling
Your strongest season starts this winter.
Stronger legs. Stronger crew. Stronger spring. Stronger Together.
Join us for a 4-month winter training program for Boise women who ride, with expert coaches and a plan you’ll actually stick to. Strength training, nutrition coaching, recovery, spin classes and a winter retreat!
Boise, ID | Dec 1 to Mar 31 | Only 12 spots | $295/month for 4 months | Time Commitment: About 2 to 3 hours a week
You’re strong all summer. Then winter hits.
You ride all season. Then the weather turns, life gets busy, and the strength you worked so hard to build starts slipping away. By spring you’re starting over, and it takes a little longer every year to get back to where you were.
The old rules stop working, too. The workouts and eating habits that used to do the job don’t anymore. You’ve also heard “lift heavy” a hundred times. You’re just not sure you’re capable of picking up a barbell, or where to start.
And even though you could make a plan to tackle all of this, you know deep down that the real problem is staying consistent on your own.
Stronger Together is a winter strength program for Boise women who mountain bike. We help you get strong on and off the bike, and we do it together.
This is for you if:
You ride (or want to) and want to stay strong through the off-season
You are new to strength training or have never touched a barbell
You have lifted before, but never with an intentional plan built for mountain biking
You do better with others and a little accountability than going it alone
You live in the Boise area and get show up for in-person classes 3xs a month (class locations: downtown Boise)
You are ready to commit to 4 months and about 2 to 3 hours a week of training

Why now? Why not wait for spring?
You could wait until spring and start from scratch. Or you could start building strength now.
Riding slows down in winter, which makes it the best time to focus on building strength off the bike.
The strength you build now is the strength you ride on in next spring, instead of rebuilding each season. It’s easier to keep what you have built than to start over.

2. A crew that shows up. Working out with a dozen other women keeps you consistent and makes it more fun.
Includes: a group Voxer chat, accountability check-ins, a January goal-setting retreat in Boise, and pop-up activities.
3. A plan built for riding. Weekly workouts designed for mountain bikers, so you are never guessing what to do next. Track your progress and watch your strength grow.

4. Fuel and recovery know-how that works for your body. Learn how to eat, rest, and recover for the riding you want to do.
Includes: nutrition coaching with Erica Davis, Crank Queens Founder and Women’s Nutrition Coach, monthly group coaching calls, the 50+ page Protein Power Guide, and access to a nutrition resource library.
5. Power and endurance on the bike. Spin classes targeted to mountain bikers. Learn different types of training rides and how they improve your strength, endurance and power on the bike.
Includes: a spin class once a month at PIVOT.
6. Confidence on and off the bike. Set goals with us, then watch them happen. Our half day retreat in Boise will help you get off on the right track for 2027.
Includes: group coaching feedback and support from Erica to keep you on track.
This is not another confusing training plan.
You get at-the-elbow support from two professionals, Erica and Grace, plus a built-in hype squad of women training beside you.
Training through perimenopause or menopause?
Your body is changing, and the way you train, fuel, and recover should change with it. Erica is a women’s health coach, and we build that into the program: how to adapt your training, your eating, and your rest to where you are now, so you’re working with your body instead of against it.
What a month in Stronger Together looks like:

Meet Erica, your coach.
I started as a total beginner mountain biker in the spring of 2018. Although I’ve always been a fairly active adult, I’d lost focus on my fitness with the busyness of life. Riding 6 miles was a BIG accomplishment that first summer.
Eight mountain bikes and five years later, I now compete in endurance MTB races, train other athletes, and help women around the US start their own MTB communities.
Never did I imagine on that first ride that I would go from 6 miles being exhausting to riding 80+ miles in one day during an endurance MTB race where I placed 1st!
All this while raising a family, leading organizations, and volunteering as a coach for student athletes. (And finding time to read a good book here and there every once in a while…)
A lot of women ask me how I do it. How do I find time to ride with everything on my plate?
The truth? I’ve had to learn to prioritize my health and prioritize myself. And, I invested in myself through skills clinics, learning bike maintenance, buying gear that worked for me, and surrounding myself with other women who love to ride.

Yes, the program commitment is 4 months, December through March. This program is for women who are ready to prioritize their health goals. It is not a drop in program. Change happens in community and throughout these 4 months you will also be building connection and community with other women who are working on their goals. If you miss a session, that’s OK. Just remember, you get out of it what you put into it!
