Why Community Changes Everything

We’re halfway through our spring group programs Back on the Bike™ and New to the Bike™ and it’s already been a season full of growth, grit, and genuine connection.

Each week, we’re learning new skills, tackling new trails, and stepping into new mindsets. And through it all, we’re doing it together, which, we’re realizing, might be the most powerful part.

Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to:

Embracing a Beginner’s Mindset

Thanks to Coach Levi, we’ve been shifting into “explore mode”. Letting go of perfection and embracing curiosity on the trail. Crank Queens Founder and Health Coach, Erica Davis is teaching us how to shift from fear to a growth mindset.

Being Prepared (Not Just Lucky)

We’re learning what to carry in our packs so we’re ready for whatever the ride throws at us, trailside repairs, surprise weather, or snack emergencies. Erica and her team are showing participants exactly what they carry in their packs, and why! (Plus, where to buy all the cool bike shorts of course!)

Caring for Our Bikes

Huge thanks to Ridgeline Bikes & Ski for hands-on maintenance clinics that taught us how to actually take care of our bikes (and ride with more confidence because of it!). Jeremy, Jake and team are helping us build confidence one bike maintenance lesson at a time.

But beyond the skills and knowledge, one lesson keeps rising to the surface:

We are not alone.

So many women start these programs thinking they’re the only ones who don’t know what they’re doing, the only ones feeling nervous, or unsure, or behind. But once we ride together, that myth disappears. Fast.

There’s something incredibly powerful about learning with others who get it, who cheer you on, meet you where you are, and remind you that progress is personal. That’s the magic of community.

Next up: Nutrition!
We’re diving into how to fuel our rides (and our lives) in ways that are simple, smart, and sustainable, because how we treat our bodies off the bike matters just as much as what we do on it.

Curious about joining us?
Our fall sessions start mid-August! We’ve expanded our group program offerings to include clinics at Military Reserve and a new 2.0 version for those who’ve completed New to the Bike™ and want to keep leveling up.

Whether you’re just getting started or getting back in the saddle, there’s a place for you here.
