Don’t Join Our Group Programs If…

Yes, we mean that.

Every season, we talk to women who are curious about our group programs. And while we would love to support everyone, the truth is:

Our programs aren’t for everyone.

And that’s intentional.

Because real growth requires alignment. And if you’re not ready for what the program actually asks of you, it won’t feel good, for you or for us.

So let’s be clear.

Don’t Join If You’re Looking for a Quick Fix

If you’re hoping for a one-week confidence boost…
A magic drill that fixes everything…
Or motivation that lasts without effort…

This probably isn’t the right space.

We don’t sell quick wins.
We build long-term capacity.

Confidence on the bike, and in your body, comes from repetition. From skill stacking. From doing the unglamorous work consistently.

Growth requires reps.

Don’t Join If You Don’t Want to Practice Between Sessions

Our programs aren’t passive.

You won’t just show up, absorb information, and magically improve.

You’ll be encouraged to:

  • Practice between sessions

  • Reflect on what felt hard

  • Apply feedback

  • Show up again

If you’re not willing to engage outside of scheduled sessions, your progress will stall and you’ll likely feel frustrated.

The women who thrive here are the ones who take ownership.

Don’t Join If You’re Not Open to Feedback

Coaching requires humility.

You might hear:

  • “Shift your weight back.”

  • “Brake earlier.”

  • “You’re stronger than you think — go heavier.”

  • “You’re under-fueling.”

Feedback isn’t criticism.
It’s information.

If you’re defensive, closed off, or unwilling to adjust, you won’t get the full value of the experience.

The women who evolve the fastest are the ones who stay coachable.

Don’t Join If You Want to Avoid Community

Some riders prefer to stay solo and that’s okay.

But our programs are built on connection.

You’ll ride with other women.
You’ll share wins and frustrations.
You’ll celebrate progress together.

If you want to stay isolated and avoid being seen, this environment might feel uncomfortable.

And honestly? That discomfort is often where growth begins.

Don’t Join If You’re Committed to Staying the Same

This one matters most.

If you like the idea of improvement but don’t actually want to change your habits,
If you resist strength training,
If you don’t want to examine your nutrition,
If you avoid the uncomfortable edges of growth…

This won’t be a good fit.

We integrate:

  • Skill development

  • Strength training

  • Nutrition support

  • Accountability

  • Community

Not because it’s trendy, but because it works.

But If You’re Ready…

If you’re ready to:

  • Build real confidence

  • Put in consistent effort

  • Practice what you learn

  • Fuel and train intentionally

  • Be supported by other women

  • Show up even when it’s inconvenient

Then you will thrive here.

Our programs aren’t about ego.
They’re not about one-and-done motivation.
They’re not about skipping the foundations.

They’re about long-term growth.

They’re about becoming the kind of rider, and woman, who follows through.

If you’re still dabbling, that’s okay. There’s no pressure.

But when you’re ready to commit to your riding and your development?

We’ll be here.
